I love starting a new chapter when I write because I can create within it anything I want. We can do the same thing with our lives. We have the power within us to create what our hearts desire.

So if you missed the mark last time and things didn't go how you had hoped. Don't look at it as a setback or failure, look at it like a new beginning, a fresh start, a brand new chapter in your life. A chance to create what your hearts long for. Your destiny.

I want you to try to realize and understand if you already don't that what we think about most, and even speak about most are aiding in determining our future. Our thought life can and will often times manifest itself into our future reality.

I don’t say this to scare you I say this because if this is truly the case and we apply some self-awareness, some mindfulness to our lives and focus more on what we think and speak about. If we do that we are giving ourselves the power to create our own future and literally live our dreams!

What an amazing gift to receive!

The coolest thing about this is that it costs no money and is a gift given to ourselves, thats special. The relationship we have with ourselves is crucial you need to care about you and learn to love you because sometimes we are all we got.

So remember it's head up, shoulders back, go kick some ass, We can do this. I love you.
